1. Overview

This page lists the subprocessors of Intellpost (operated by Faivv Limited) — the third parties that process personal data on our behalf — together with the data each receives and why. It supports our Privacy Policy and is re-verified against the product on every release.

We do not sell personal data. Each subprocessor receives only the data needed for the specific function listed below, under contract terms that restrict further use.

2. Google Firebase (Google LLC)

  • Services: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging (FCM).
  • Data: account email and sign-in identity; draft content and user preferences; device push tokens.
  • Purpose: account sign-in, primary data storage, and delivery of push notifications.

3. Railway (Railway Corp)

  • Services: backend application hosting and Redis database.
  • Data: application records — accounts, draft posts, voice recordings, AI generation requests, and server-side request data (including IP addresses).
  • Purpose: primary storage and processing of the product's backend logic and data.

4. Vercel (Vercel Inc.)

  • Services: website hosting for intellpost.ai.
  • Data: standard web request data (IP address, browser type, requested pages) and short-lived request logs.
  • Purpose: delivering the website and web experience.

5. OpenRouter (AI inference)

  • Services: primary large language model routing for draft post generation.
  • Data: your text inputs (article context, reactions, tone and length preferences) transmitted solely to fulfil each generation request.
  • Purpose: powering the AI draft generation feature.
  • Note: data is not used for model training and is not retained beyond completing the request.

6. Alibaba Cloud DashScope (voice input)

  • Services: speech-to-text transcription for voice input.
  • Data: voice recordings you choose to send, for transcription only.
  • Purpose: converting voice input to text for use in draft generation.
  • Note: served via DashScope International; this page is updated whenever the model or its settings change.

7. Identity providers (sign-in subprocessors)

  • Sign in with Apple (mobile app) and Google sign-in: used only to create and authenticate your account. We receive the name and email your identity provider shares.
