Extension Install Guide
The Intellpost browser extension lets you draft a post while you read — without switching tabs.
Supported Browsers
Intellpost uses Manifest V3, which is supported by all Chromium-based browsers. Firefox and Safari are not currently supported.

How to Install
The extension is not yet published on the Chrome Web Store. Once available, follow these steps:

Open the Chrome Web Store
Visit the Chrome Web Store listing for Intellpost (link will be added when published).

Click "Add to Chrome"
Confirm the permissions prompt. Intellpost requests access to page content (to read the article title and URL) and storage (to keep you signed in).

Pin the extension
Click the puzzle-piece icon in your toolbar → find Intellpost → click the pin icon. This keeps the Intellpost icon always visible in your toolbar.

Sign in or use guest mode
Click the Intellpost icon on any article. Sign in with your account to unlock full drafts, or continue as a guest (limited to a few drafts per day).

Draft your first post
Type your thought in the reaction field, choose a tone and length, and tap Generate. Copy the draft and post it wherever you like.
Installing on Edge, Brave, or Arc
All Chromium-based browsers support Chrome Web Store extensions. The steps are the same — just open the Chrome Web Store in your browser and follow the same install flow above.
For Microsoft Edge: you may see a prompt asking whether to allow Chrome Web Store extensions — click Allow.
Permissions Explained
- ✓Read page content— To extract the article title and URL for context.
- ✓Storage— To remember your sign-in state between sessions.
- ✓Tabs— To read the URL of your active tab.
- ✓Identity— To support Google Sign-In inside the extension popup.
Intellpost does not collect browsing history. Page content is only read when you open the extension popup on a page.
